How do I book a Christmas Family Mini Session? To book your session, simply head over to the booking link on our website.

From here you will find all of the dates, timeslots and payment details. Be sure to book early as spots are limited!

When and where will the sessions take place? All sessions will be held on Boathaven Beach, using the natural beauty of the beach and surrounding tropical scenery as the backdrop.

The exact location will be provided upon booking, along with directions and tips for parking.

How much does the session cost and when do I need to pay? Each mini-session is priced at $125.

A deposit of $50 is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session.

What’s included in the Christmas Mini Session? Your mini-session includes a 20-minute photography session for up to 6 family members.

You’ll receive 20 beautifully edited, high-resolution digital images that are perfect for holiday cards, gifts, or sharing on social media.

What should we wear for the session? We recommend coordinating outfits with a festive theme! Think Christmas colours like reds, greens, golds, or even cozy neutrals, whites can also look great with the beach backdrop.

Avoid busy patterns and make sure you’re comfortable for the session.

Don’t forget to add accessories like Santa hats or Christmas scarves for extra fun!

Can we include our pets in the session? Yes, pets are absolutely welcome!

We know they’re part of the family too. Just let us know in advance if you’re bringing your furry friends so we can plan accordingly.

What happens if it rains on the day of our session? If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will offer a rescheduled date for your session.

We keep an eye on the forecast and will be in touch with you ahead of time if there’s a chance we need to move your session.

How long will it take to receive our photos? You’ll receive your fully edited digital images within 3-4 days after your session.

We know you’ll be eager to get them in time for holiday cards and gifts, so we work hard to deliver them quickly!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session? We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to find a new time for you. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled session.

Can I bring extended family or friends to the session? Our Christmas Mini Sessions are designed for up to 6 people, but if you’d like to include more family members, we can arrange a longer session or full family shoot. Please get in touch with us for details on larger group pricing.
